Virtuoso saxophonist and Russian jazz ambassador Igor Butman, his legendary Moscow Jazz Orchestra, and renowned American Harlem vocalist and three-time New York Nightlife Award winner Allan Harris present their collaborative studio album, "Voices of Jazz. Part 1." Released on the Butman Music label, the album is a collection of world-famous jazz standards in unique arrangements.

"Voices of Jazz. Part 1" is the result of a long-standing creative dialogue between these two renowned masters. Although the musicians have collaborated on various projects before, their first studio work marks a new stage in the development of their friendship and shared musical vision. The album is a logical continuation of their successful concert program, which the artists presented at the opening of the Moscow Jazz Festival in 2024 and which they performed at the world's largest jazz venues. The album includes eleven jazz standards: "FlyMe To The Moon," "They Can't Take That Away From Me," "My Funny Valentine," "On The Street Where You Live," "Satin Doll," "The Look of Love," "Walking My Baby Back Home," "I've Got The World On a String," "Strangers In The Night," "Ain't That A Kick In The Head," and "Blessed By God." Each track is a masterful reimagining of classics, in which Allan Harris's vocals and the powerful sound of the Moscow Jazz Orchestra complement each other.

Collaborating with Allan Harris, a popular vocalist critics call one of the finest performers of our time, marked another creative peak for Butman on the international stage.
